You could write a program that listens on port 80 on your server (hold on,
surely your server would be using port 80 for its web interface, or is it
not a web server?), and have the program then open port 234 on what.ever.com
and pass data between the two.

Or, install a proxy on your NT machine, that will allow you to access any
port on any server, although you'll need to build proxy functionality into
your program (although with a Telnet proxy thats easy, simply send the
hostname and port to it in ascii and it will then route your connection
through it directly, or even better a SOCKS proxy although I think thats
more complex)

For a proxy try Wingate, although it might not work well on NT and its SOCKS
proxy is a little flakey

ClaraNet firewall all non-standard ports? surely not?? You're sure you dont
have a firewall set up in Miami or anything?
